“What currency are the prints?”

Design&Grind is Canadian based, so our prints are in CAD.

“Do you ship internationally?”

At the moment, we only ship within North America- Canada and the United States.

"When will I receive my order?"

Artwork is sealed and shipped in a rigid cardboard envelope to prevent damage.

All orders are packaged and posted by myself, and are generally completed in bulk once a week or occasionally once a fortnight. From time of posting the shipping time frames via regular Canada Post / Airmail are as follows: 

Within Canada: 2-7 Days
United States: 7-15 Days

Please note that depending on the postal service, and holidays, within the destination country, these times may vary slightly. 

All artworks are posted via regular Canada Post parcel. If you require express postage please contact me prior to payment.

If artwork is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect within a certain timeframe I am able to re-send however it will be at buyer’s own cost.

"Can I return my print?" 

Unfortunately I do not accept returns based on change of mind. If your print arrives damaged I am happy to replace it if stock allows.
